Becoming a member on the Website is free of cost. The Website does not charge any fee for registration, browsing, bidding and buying products. However, you are subject to ‘Platform Fees” to list an item for sale. Please refer to our “Platform Fees Policy” for more details on listing products for sale on the Website. We recommend you review the “Platform Fee Policy” each time before listing an item for sale on the Website. The Website reserves the right to change the Platform Fees and “Platform Fees Policy” from time-to-time, without any personal intimation to the members. These changes however, would be announced on the Website and would be immediately made effective from the announcement. Unless otherwise mentioned, all quoted fees will be in Indian Rupee and payable to the Website within a specified period of time, as mentioned in the invoice generated. 

PAYMENT FACILITY
The Website may need to contract with third party service providers for processing payments on the platform. These third-party service providers may include banks to open nodal bank account under the applicable laws for India to facilitate payments between the buyers and sellers on the Platform and for collecting Platform Fees and other charges that the user may be required to pay. Completion of the transaction: A transaction is termed as completed after the transaction between the buyer and seller is completed on the Website, with the buyer having made the payment. Payment is made to all sellers on T+15 days basis, where “T” stands for the date of completion of the transaction. 

For Pre-paid Orders: The date of the transaction – “T, is defined as the date on which the transaction is completed and the date on which the shipping details for the order are entered into the website. 

For Cash-On-Delivery Orders: The date of the transaction – “T, is defined as the date on which the Platform received the money in its nodal bank account from the delivery service provider.  

PAYMENT 
The Platform uses payment gateways for processing of online payment made on the Website. We or the Payment Gateways do not store your card or banking details on our/their servicer. Once you enter the data for processing the payment, it is encrypted as per the guidelines by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
